Launch of the Equestrian Talent Discovery Program

The Saudi Equestrian Federation launched the first program in the Kingdom to discover talented people in the sport of dressage, at the Riyadh Convention and Exhibition Center from 11-14/2/2023 AD, with the participation of 40 male and female riders and more than 30 hours of training.

The program was supervised by coach Larasati Gadeng, who holds many continental and regional championships in her record.

The dressage sport is one of the Olympic equestrian games, which receives great international attention. The Saudi Equestrian Federation seeks, through this program, to expand this sport and support Saudi talents, and to establish many programs and courses during the coming period, especially after the Kingdom obtained hosting the World Cup for show jumping and dressage next year. 2024 AD.

It is noteworthy that the Saudi Equestrian Federation has witnessed an expansion in its games in the past years, which include jumping barriers, ability and endurance, picking up pegs and archery on horseback.

His Highness, President of the Saudi Equestrian Federation, Prince Abdullah bin Fahd, expressed his pride in the success of the first program in the Kingdom in the sport of dressage, stressing that Saudi Arabia includes many young talents who can develop in this sport and reach advanced levels through upcoming programs and courses held by the Saudi Equestrian Federation, stressing that the federation Saudi Equestrian seeks to achieve the aspirations of leadership within the Kingdom's vision 2030 and for Saudi equestrian to remain a world leader by achieving distinguished results in international forums.
