Launch of 14 Electronic Services for Arabian Horses via the "Nama" Platform

His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Eng. Mansour bin Hilal Al-Mushaiti, launched today, during the International Technical Conference "LEAP 23", 14 new electronic services for purebred Arabian horses through the "Nama" platform, to contribute to the management, registration and documentation of all purebred Arabian horses in the Kingdom.

The services aim to enable owners of purebred horses, including individuals, government agencies, and the business sector, to complete all procedures related to their horses electronically, and to contribute to achieving the goals of the digital transformation strategy for the environment, water and agriculture system, by recording and documenting data, and the services contribute to spreading the culture of purebred Arabian horses on a wide scale. International, increasing the value of purebred Arabian horses, preserving breed data and making them easy to trace, as well as increasing internal and external investments in the field of purebred Arabian horses.

The Kingdom occupies the first place in the production of purebred Arabian horses at the level of members of the World Purebred Arabian Horse Organization (WAHO), with the registration of more than (5) thousand heads of horses produced since 2016 AD, and the number of beneficiaries of electronic services is more than (15) thousand beneficiaries, and exceeds The total number of purebred Arabian horses registered in the Kingdom is (50) thousand.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture is working to continuously launch electronic services, within the framework of the digital transformation plan in the sectors of the system. Achieving the objectives of the digital transformation strategy, and raising the quality and standards of services provided to employees of the system and beneficiaries from the environment, water and agricultural sectors.
